Greg is a Licensed Landscape Architect with fifteen years of experience in Landscape Architecture, landscape construction, landscape maintenance management, and water conservation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona in 2003 where a major focus of his study was irrigation design and landscape construction methods and materials. Following graduation, Greg focused on providing a ‘smart’ and sustainable approach to landscape construction, irrigation design, and project management.  Throughout his career Greg has focused on putting into practice the values that Landscape Dynamics stands behind and as a result, provides clients with a quality landscape design from concept through construction.   Always wanting to learn be able to offer more to a project, Greg’s continuing education includes becoming a Certified Arborist.    Greg’s understanding of the multiple disciplines and processes involved with complex projects has given him the ability to manage effectively and provide construction management on large park and land development projects.  His experience includes managing landscape maintenance contractors, assisting in streamlining public works field procedures, providing on-site trouble-shooting and cost effective solutions, as well as completing various scale design and design-install projects.

Christian Alderson

Christian joined UES just over a year ago and has proven to be a valuable asset.  His major areas of work have been supporting our post-wildfire tree damage assessments and performing construction observation for several design projects that we currently have in construction.   His pursuit of acquiring a degree in organismal biology at Cal State Long Beach and the skillset developed during his studies have opened doors for data analysis related to our fire restoration and assessment projects especially within diverse oak woodland ecosystems.  In addition to taking on a role within our GIS business line, Christian continues to utilize his passion for biology, the natural world, and mathematics to add value to every project he is involved with.

Sara Zoll

Project Manager, Irrigation auditor

Sara graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning.  Along with being a landscape designer, field inspector, and construction manager, Sara provides accounting and project management support for all project types. Her experience includes the facilitating landscape inspection certifications, coordination of environmental awareness events, the development of a Riverside County Truck Route Ordinance, and project workflow coordination.  Recent project experience includes assisting public agencies with: contract management;  cost assessments; facilities inventories and mapping; irrigation monitoring and budgeting; facilitating maintenance zone annexations; and assisting with landscape maintenance and flood control assessments.  Sara provides accounting and project management support for all project types. Morgan Itzel

Morgan received his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona. His career experience includes an array of projects from Parks and Recreation Facilities, Commercial Retail Centers, CalTrans highway renovations, and Residential designs.  He has particular interest in aquatic ecosystems and water feature designs.  Recent accomplishments include the design and construction support of drought tolerant landscape conversions for several public and private entities.
